Raman did a translation, as much as I like Raman overall, I have to say the Jaimini he did is horrible and it will just lead to confusion. Its not a real translation more a commentary with lots of guesswork.

If you can read Sanskrit, only touch it if you want to risk getting sucked into a vortex of inner puzzling that will make you unable to function as a normal human being. 

Ha Ha...Normal might be over-rated, Ernst... ???? and here is a astrology joke in Sanskrit...(screenshot file attached). Rough translation:

Astrologer: The lines on the palm of your hands tell me that a lot of money will flow through your hands

Young Person: I work as a cashier in a bank

they are horrible translations, especially raman's. I reccomend staying away from them.
