@ernst

Is there a special effect when some one is born very close to an eclipse, (less than 24 hours before or after)?

I believe it highly depends on the eclipse (solar/lunar), full/new moon, waxing/waning, Saros cycle. I honestly don’t know much about it except that my son was born on a solar eclipse (August 2009) and, as a result, has Sun/Ketu and Moon/Rahu conjunctions. I would look into the conjunctions of Rahu and Ketu to learn more about it and draw some conclusions. That’s where I noticed the most relevant info re: my kid.
Am sure Ernst has a more general and relevant approach.
Hope this helps a bit.

Thanks @mona

I was actually asking to see if there is an effect beyond analyzing the obvious conjunctions and dristhtis. I wanted to know if @ernst thinks eclipses in personal chats have some deep meaning beyond just analyzing the chart Like a yoga perhaps.

Ecplise births are tough and they usually have unusual lives and often difficulties with the family. For this reason they would do some rituals when this happened.

Thanks @ernst

You mean there are some special yagyas for eclipse births?
