Hi Ernst and all,

I have a chart with Sun 11:04, Jupiter 6:54, and Mercury 6:01 in the 12th Capricorn and Moon 28:30 in the 2nd Pisces. Tajika rules said that planets that are 3/11 from each other are secret friends like in this case. Yet when i look at the Tajika Aspect Within Orb table in Kala, it shows Moon is in square with Mercury and Jupiter. Sun is in square with Moon. Following the Tajika planetary rules, i had though Moon is a secret friend to Sun, Mercury, Jupiter yet the Tajika Aspects Within Orb showed they are enemies to each other. What am i missing?

Thx!

Hi Tuyet,

in Tajika aspects, the activity orb for each planet is also important:

SUN's is 15º

MOON 12º

MARS 8º

MERCURY 7º

JUPITER 9º

VENUS 7º

SATURN 9º

Moon 28º Pisces  will make a secret friendly aspect to any planet that is located from 16º Capricorn to 10º Aquarius approximately, which isn't the case the example you've shown. Its perfect sextile would be of course with a planet at 28º Capricorn.

Moon makes a perfect square (secret enemy) aspect to any planets that are 28º Sagittarius, but because of its orbs, it can still square any planets between 16º Sagittarius and 10º Capricorn.

Sun on the other hand has a larger orbit than the Moon(15º instead of 12º), so Sun at 11º Capricorn would square perfectly a planet at 11º Aries, but anything 15º earlier or later will do, so he makes a square to any planets that are 26º Pisces all the way to 26º Aries. Sun is the most generous with its orbit of activity .

At least that is how I got used looking at it. If it's wrong, someone will hopefully tell us 🙂
