Hi guys, this is open to anyone who knows the card system and might be able to help with their thoughts on this, please feel free to contribute.
If the 10 of clubs card is in the 5th position (Jupiter card) in the birth spread, and within the card the Sun, Mercury, Midheaven (X) and Rahu are also present, does this mean that developing the ‘Jupiter’ qualities in life, like following ones true inspirations when trying to figure out the work and career that are right for you, are an important part of the ‘Rahu’ journey also?
What is the significance of Rahu being in the same card as the Sun, Mercury, X, etc?
Thank you
Here is what I can say about that. Rahu will create confusion in the person in terms of their inspirations, carreer and sense of purpose when it comes to their actions in the world and their personal kingdom. Mercury can help, depending on his condition, of course. Rahu with the Sun will cause the person to be confused about who they truly are and that can lead to compensating behaviours. Rahu in the 10 of Clubs must develop the ability to do many different things, to juggle many talents. Rahu and Sun will shame Mercury, so the person will have a hard time when it comes to being secure in asking for what they want and being secure in their skills.

Hi Alex, thank you for your response, this sounds accurate, especially in terms of difficulty in figuring the career out and being skilled in different things. I’ve also never felt like I’ve had a solid ‘identity’ or known who I am, but as I’ve gotten older I’ve let go of wanting to be a fixed thing and instead I’m just learning about myself through life. I’ve seen some of your responses on the forum before I think, you seem to know the Cards system well, do you mind me asking how long you’ve been studying/using it for?
So true, with the hermit energy. I think anyone that I've loved I've loved deeply, despite their behaviours towards me, so building healthy boundaries and walking away has been a huge lesson for me. Also learning about myself on a psychological level, getting a deeper understanding of myself and my own hangups has been a big focus. What you said about the potential for deep spiritual growth is so true, the relationships have been the biggest teachers.
We have some similar cards, similar energies, yes I'm also running a 2 of spades year!
Since King of Spades is a 'partner' card for us in one way or another, I wanted to share that I was browsing on youtube, and someone had analysed the Birth Spread for the artist Drake. I'm familiar with his music, and as I watched the video I was surprised that he had a lot of King of Spades infleunce (his Sun, Rahu and a bunch of other planets in the card). Maybe his BC is more of the energy we see, but I just didn't expect the king of spades energy to be so prominent in an artist that comes across as more of a...jack of diamonds character if you get what I mean? I'm always interested in learning more about the king of spades energy in people & relationships. I'm going to link it below in case you're interested.
Hi Sara1,
I'm not sure if you've discovered it, but Ernst did a great course on the fixed cards through each card in the birth spread. His course on the King of Spades specifically is called:
