Hi Ernst and Everyone,

So I am looking at  my Varshaphala Chart for this year and last year  for my Birthday March 5th and all Grahas are  exact as Transit for this  day.  Is this unusual?

 And what about the Kala Scarpa right now/then?  All planets distancing from Ketu  my 8th , sounds good, but maybe not easy  moving to Rahu 2nd house.  So developing that area?

Thanks

Meg C

by exact as transits do you mean, exactly as the same as in your two different years? That does not sound right, are you sure you are not looking at the same year?

  I mean that the  Transiting Planets on my birthday are all in the same Rasi as the Varshaphala Planets for that year, 2 years in a row.

And how about the Kala Scarpa, is that a big deal?

@meg

Varshaphala chart is the chart of transiting planets when the Sun was at the same degree as on one's birth.

Like any chart (including the birth chart) is the chart of the transiting planets at that particular time and place, Varshaphala is also a transit chart, showing planets positions every year close to one's birthday.

@rajan Right,  but  the planets do progress ,year by year , and Varshaphala is usually more varied cept for the Sun.  Guess at my age there is alot of Planetary Return.  Make the most of it!

Looking at it more closely, ????  the Sun Progresses thru zodiac 3 times a lifetime, typically. Moon in a sign for over 2 years.  When planets transition into new sign its significant. So the Varshaphala Chart  focus for the year is on the transiting planets aspecting Progressed location.

I think the sun progress just 1 degree per year which means it would take at most go through 1//3 of the zodiac in a lifetime of 120 years.

Do you use progressions in astrology? I haven’t seen an option to see progressed planets in Kala software. Is that something that you plan on adding in the future?

There is a progression screen in the screens menu.

Got it. Thanks. Which of your courses do you cover progressions in?
