Brihat Parashara Hora Shastra is unique among astrological texts in that it provides systematic and scientific procedures for reading a horoscope and making predictions. Other texts (other than Jaimini’s Upadesa Sutras) simply provide the effects of thousands of planetary permutations that the astrologer is expected to remember. While memorizing these countless permutations is a proven method of reading horoscopes successfully, it is much more effective to learn a super technique that can be applied to analyze any area of life through the horoscope. Brihat Parashara Hora Shastra is the only classical text to supply such a technique. While a handful of other classical texts, such as Sri Pati Paddhati have made an attempt at scientific technique centered astrology, their instructions fail miserably in practice. Modern instruction of such techniques as found in KP, Iyer System and Systems Approach, work quite more consistently than those found in Sri Pati Paddhati, but they do not have the breath of scope, predictive accuracy and behavioral depth of what is found in Brihat Parashara Hora Shastra.
Brihat Parashara Hora Shastra contains five critical parts: Important Yogas, or planetary permutations that yoke the native to a particular effect; A mathematical formula for judging Yogas; A super formula for analyzing Planets and Houses in order to make predictions about anything and all; Vargas, or divisional charts; and Calculations and use of Nakshatra based Dasas such as Vimshottari Dasa. In this Yoga Judgment course I will teach the mathematical formula for judging Yogas (along with Yogas of course). In a subsequent course I will teach the formula for analyzing Planets and Houses. In both courses heavy use will be made of both Vargas and Dasas, both of which are integral to using any of Parashara’s techniques.
Prerequisites: This course requires the complete understanding of the principles taught in the Jyotish Building Blocks Course, so make sure you have studied that course.

Mutual Yoga Karakas
Mutual Yoga Karakas are Grahas that become capable of providing success due to their being on angles from each other and in good dignity. There is much to be learned from these planets about the individual and they are also helpful in timing periods of success. I taught this Mutual Yoga Karakas video as part of the Tajika Aspects & Parashara’s Mutual Yoga Karakas Course. For this Yoga Judgment course you just need to watch the one video below, however, you will be able to explain many more things to the client if you take the time to go through all four videos in the Tajika Aspects & Parashara’s Mutual Yoga Karakas Course, so if you have not taken that course, I recommend that you do so now. I will show examples of using these Mutual Yoga Karakas together with the other Yogas and with the auspicious values of the Grahas later I this course.
