Due to the time sensitivity in the higher Vargas, we, as astrologers, need to be very careful when interpreting it, and mindful of any of our own biases. Also, and especially, when it comes to our individual evolution, since it’s deeply personal, I personally would tread very carefully in addressing this. What we mostly do is help in the psychological battle that preludes any true transformation. With transformation comes evolution. I think that it’s risky to use the D60 to see one’s evolution, since it’s the most time sensitive division that we use in Jyotish. What we can use the D60 on is to see the ceiling of the Dasa. We can also see other things but in combination with the other charts. But even for the ceilings, which are derived from the dignities, I’ve seen planets change signs if close to the cusp in just a minute. That means that if there’s any doubt of the accuracy of time, even a dignity may be incorrect. When it comes to the deeper spiritual connections, I think it’s more important to study the deities associated with each of the parts to see what story unfolds.
