I know we're ideally supposed to always be in great spirits, and have positive affirmations in our consciousness, but I was asking the ones which are gonna affect us for the next 18 years, and the one when even something bad happens, we're supposed to force ourselves to feel good, when is that time, during the 3 hours and 18 minutes of the pure eclipse, or even the day before or after that, or maybe 8 hours after that, like when's that time when we should even force positivity, even we have to, due to the eclipse, when's the effect time, when body is sensitive to moon and sun thanks.
I think it is really about habit. You are getting the fruits of the habits you have been cultivating. You really can't "force" yourself to feel good, you have to make a habit of feeling good, or a habit of doing things that really nourish you. Forcing yourself to be positive at a certain time isn't just going to wipe out all the habits you have been cultivating.
A story related to that:
It is sometimes said that the last thought before death determines the next birth. Once there was a man, thinking of this, named his two sons Rama and Krishna. He had a small shop that he ran below his apartment, and brought up his sons to take on the shop after him.
Eventually he got old and was lying in bed, feeling that his time to go was approaching, so he yelled out "Hey Rama! Hey Krishna" to his sons in the shop below. They arrived upstairs; when he saw them, he said "Who is watching the shop?", and then he died.
