Report of the calendar reform committee of India - 1952

This is the committee that wanted to reinstate the solar year as a tropical year (which this report goes into) and that an error occurred in the calendar system regarding the solar year. 

It also had for ones its members, Nimal Chandra Lahiri, where "lahiri" ayanamsa was named (or chitrapaksha).
