I have been puzzled by another tropical vedic astrologer's (Vic Dicara) concept of the most prominent planet in a chart. He does calculations and comes out with the result that the Moon is the most prominent planet for Marilyn Monroe. I cannot figure out why that would be the case since the moon is the second weakest planet for her in shad bala. But then I cama across this video where he shows the planetary aspect table fro Marilyn, and it is completely different from what we see in Kala. Do you have any idea or experience as to why? He also claims Kala software is th best available to make things stranger. The table is seen at 2:55 into the video. I am really curious. Is this guy completely off?

did you watch the full video?
to my understanding, he concluded the sun being the strongest, and didnt make any definitive declarations of the strongest. he walks through the process at length, and does not come to any conclusions. this video appears to be an installment within a series intended to display the extensive, complex process of evaluating a planets state.
maybe i missed something, maybe his conclusion was the moon, and that could be because: the sun is in gemini. gemini is ruled by mercury, mercury is combust the sun. the moon is helped by friends, with jupiter who will protect it as much as it can, and close the the cusp (bhava) of a kendra house.
kala calculates its lajjitadi avasthas as 109.5, while the sun is 74.4. in shad bala the sun is at 1.61%, while moon is at 1.13.
i think you misunderstood this video, it is 20+ minutes long, 2:55 is about 12% of 21.
additionally, ernst, ryan, and many other teachers have warned against the dangers of using shad bala as a conclusive form of evaluation.
shad bala is merely a piece of the pie, and if you only focus on one piece, the rest of the pie is either neglected and never existed at all, or neglected to the point of it being inedible.
