Nakshatra tara table conjunction to moon

And imagine 9th Tara Lord is in the 7th Tara conjunct the 5th Tara Lord. I know that hurts that 9th Tara Lord since it's in a bad Tara conjunct a bad Tara Lord. But what about the 5th Tara Lord? It is a bad Tara Lord in the 7th Tara which is also bad. So that makes it perform well, right? All the obstacles are destroyed. Now I was wondering what effect happen on it since it's conjunct the 9th Tara Lord which is a good Tara Lord. I know it's bad for the 9th Tara Lord to conjunct the 5th one. But what about the 5th one? Does it get better because it's conjunct a good Tara Lord or is it irrelevant to that? Thanks.
