Between a thought and a question.
Hi @Ernst and everybody. I was wondering about how Nakshatras fit into Navamsha, I know they are the tutelar deities of the Varga, but my doubt is about how to use them in terms of the positions of the planets in D9. I mean, the Varga is based on the division of a tropically calculated zodiac, so I don´t see how we could just read them in there as if we were in the Rashi. I think we might just take the positions of the planets in nakshatras in the Rashi as siderealy calculated and then just correspond those meanings with the possibilities offered by the positions of those same planets in the tropically based Navamsha, meaning Rashi aspects and Deeptadi avashtas. What do you think about it? Has anybody worked crossing these two meanings before? If so how has it gone?
If you use tropical rasis with sidereal nakshatras there is no fixed relationship between the two. There is just one circle moving on top of the other over a period of 25,600 years and so a planet will over that time be in a particulr sign and in each of the 27 nakshatras. Just read the nakshatra, read the rasi, then try to synthesize them.
I don't make any relationship between nakshatras and starts other then for the D27 chart.
