hi,

are there any particular rituals that we can benefit from during eclipses, new moon, full moons etc?

In Brihat Parashara there are remedies to do for someone born during these times. In general, during eclipses its considered best to meditate and not eat. I don't remember coming across any specific rituals to do during eclipses.
