Cards of Truth version 2.0 screens & printing

I recently purchased this lovely software, but have not seen much information on program settings, etc. I use Windows 10 and when I click Print, it leaves off the two farthest right spread/tables.

Also, the diagonal line of the card notations overlap to the point of being unreadable on my screen. My monitor died so I have an older flat screen tv hooked up at the moment. Is there a way to zoom in or adjust the window size?
