Does the sign Pisces denote one gets a spiritual/foreign spouse if one has Pisces 7th from AK or the 7th lord is in Pisces? What about martial arts? Does that have any indications too? Especially if the Darakaraka is Mars?

No, pisces has nothing to do with foreign. Cancer, Rahu represent foreign people and things. Mars, and dk as mars or mars with DK can all indicate a martial artist spouse.

No, its not mars in pisces. its simply mars with dk or mars as dk can make the spouse do martial activities. The sign does not matter. The houses its connected to does. So for martial arts we need the 1st, 3rd and 6th houses connected to mars.
