Neptune in the 12th from a planet

I´ve got Neptune in the 12th from my Sun and Mercury, within orb.

So how does Neptune work in the 12th from a planet? Making it easy to give up that planet? Does it create a sense of lack and disappointment towards that planet, that makes it really easy to give up, "it doesn´t bring anything good to me anyway"?
