Just to clarify: Do we check the planet ruling the bala, when we find a bad one? Like Venus for low Dig Bala for example, or Saturn for Kala bala? Can the planet that rules the bala help a bad planet out? Is it enough, in that case, if it´s good, or does it have to be envolved through aspect or lordship?
Should we also glance at the Varga ruled by that planet to see if it can point out anything good in life, or is that taking it too far?

@ernst Let´s see if I understand you: A good planet indeed helps "it´s" Bala and it does not have to be aspected to or rule the bad planet, is that what you say?
