Hi @ernst and friends,

It seems that one of the end goals of astrology from our own spiritual development purpose is to master the signs. The biggest bottleneck being the Rahu sign, as we have learned from Healing Rahu Ketu course. The other is perfecting our planets as we have learned from Lajjitaadi Avasthas courses, Shadbala etc.

Now in our astrology toolkit, we have lots of ways to quantify planets - Avastha scores, Shadbalas, Vimshopaka, etc.

Are there ways we already have to quantify how much the native has developed a particular sign? Now, since each sign has a ruler, the strength of that ruling planet will, of course, be one of the factors. But, is that it? Or are there more(explored and unexplored) ways of quantifying the level of development of a sign? In case this has been covered in one of the courses earlier, please let me know.

Not what you asked about, but you mentioned Vimshopaka. Does Ernst teach that somewhere?

THe rasis that need the work are the ones holding planets in bad avasthas. Rahu rasi is an undeveloped rasi, but that does not mean a troubled rasi, UNLESS, there are other bad avastha planets there or the lord is in bad avashtas. When the rasi of rahu has good avasthas, a person naturally steps into the success of that rasi after some time and practice. Its any rasis with bad avasthas that we need to do work on.
