If I remember it right Ernst says that Sa/Ma is a common combination for fantasy writers, since it gives a sensation of being imprisioned and they look for an outlet that way.
One of my kids who has this combination in the creative 5th house is a hobby musician at a decent level and plays three instruments, the battery, piano and ackordion. He´s now dreaming of picking up the saxophone as well. I just thougt it was fun to mention since it seems to be an example of the same fenomenon.
