i. From nakshatra audios (6th) Moon or Ascendant in Vargottama in nevamsa help the chart - does it have an effect if vargottama is in other vargas? For instance
No Vargottama D5, d6, D8, D9, d11, d40, d30, d27, d24, d16
yes Vargottama d12, d60, d10, d7, d4, d3, d2
another question from this audios is which course are you talking to judge the quality or strength of a planet?

Vargottama is only for the navamsa. some astrologers use it in all vargas, but its not correct, its a very overused and misused concept. There are differnet strengths for different purposes. There is the shad bala, a course is dedicated to that. There is the yoga effect strength covered in the YOga Judgment course. There is the lajjitaadi avastha strength, which I have covered in the lajjitaadi course.
