Poisonous plants (Saturn) and removal them?

I have a number of poisonous plants growing in my garden that need to be curbed. I classify them under Saturn.

What type of methodology would help against a very tenacious Saturn?

It would probably be good to choose a good muhurta, but which repellent would be reasonable to use instead of digging? "Poison" should act on the roots.
