Does Rahu also gets manifesting power for its Bhavas if it is in 10th house?

Rahu does not rule any bhavas.

Hi Ernst 

Sorry for the confusion. 

I mean for the Bhavas for which it has agenda like the ones its conjunct. 

So, if Rahu is in 10th rasi conjunct 10th cusp, does it have manifesting power on account of being in royal bhava like other planets?

No, it will manifest in accordance with its house lord's placement.

Hi Ernst...somewhere in some course you said that the 10th House is the best place for Rahu to be in - is that still so? But I can't remember why!

There is a basic rule that Rahu destroys the house its in during its own first Antardasa, but in the 10th, it instead, gives success.
