Strange Pitru Dosha combinations - Ketu in 5th, Afflicted Sun, Afflicted Lord of 9th in 10th

Hello All,

I come with what appears like a head scratcher that I can't decipher.

1. Ketu in the 5th house forms Pitru Dosha.

2. Afflicted Sun in the 10th house forms another Pitru Dosha

3. Lord of 9th house is again afflicted by Jupiter forming yet another Pitru Dosha

4. 9th House afflicted by Mars forming yet yet yet another Pitru Dosha!

5. Ketu 5th / Rahu 9th and all planets within forming a Kaal Sarpa Dosha!

Can someone help decode this please? Chart has been attached.

Any remedial measure would be greatly appreciate as well!
