Hi Ernst; you really underline the importance of the 1st house for the career. So how comes that we don´t use the Lagna and the Lagna Lord as an indication for career in the Jaimini school?

So I assume from the Asc that, in general, we the do forward/reverse for odd/even signs when looking at most jaimini techniques like from sva, AK, pada, upapada?

From asc we most often count forwards only. it depends on the technique as well. but genraly, from lagna is forwards.

But for Kemadruma Yoga as an example, we do the forward/reverse for the lagna depending if it is odd/even?
