Reading the Planet to Planet Chart Question

Hi Everyone,

I know this is a simple question. For some reason (blame my trashed mercury) i can't seem to understand how to read the chart. 

The planets going down the left would read :

Is it  The sun is friends to the Moon/Mars/Jupiter and Enemy to Venus/Saturn 

or is it Moon/Mars and Jupiter are friendly to the Sun? I know some are these sound the same but they can be different no?
