Hello Ernst,
I am watching the videos of your
last class on Lajjitaadi Avastha.
Normally you have also the manual attachted by a course. In this class the manual is not complete, it has only a few pages. I can see only the avasthas of the Sun.
What happened with the rest? Do you have it? Would you please upload it in case you still have it?
I like it so much to have it on paper! I learn much better from paper. From a video it's too much information to digest.
