Hi Ernst and all,

In the Intermediate courses, there are two courses on Lajjitadi Avasthas - Master Course and Heart of Parashara course. Is studying either one of the two is recommended, or is it recommended to study both the courses?

Both for sure. The Heart of Parashara course is more focused on mental, emotional and physical health. The other one is more focused on psychagogy of behavior. I think that one is more important, but they are both very important.
