Venus ruling immune

I remember you saying in Graha Sutra's course that Venus rules the immune system and Saturn rules the neural pathways like our backbone. But I didn't find those things in the medical course. Sun ruled the immune system there and Mars ruled the electricity pathways. So I wanted to ask if you said that they rule those things psychologically like good Venus makes you immune to insecurities and allergies or did you literally mean that because I didn't see them there and was looking forward to it.
