Ernst you might have discuss this in one of your eclipse videos that I didn’t see yet can you explain what transiting planet triggers the eclipse degree and if someone has a stationary R/D planet on that degree like if retrograde, it would be more internal changes and if direct it would show more external events

retro/direct does not impact inner or outer its what the planets are ruling that matters and what house its in. really, inner and outer are always combined but some people are simply more aware of one of these than the other.
