When it comes to legal battles, what are the karakas used? Ernst mentions 6th lord as the opponent, eight as the battle and 12th as the outcome. Are there any experts on this matter who can elaborate?
Firstly, does a weak 6th lord show a weak opponent? Or, vice versa?
Secondly, does a weak eight lord weak performance in the court battle on the part of the querent or opponent?
Thirdly, yes, no prizes for guessing, does a weak twelfth lord show an undesirable outcome for the querent?
How would saumya and krura grahas associated with the 6th, 8th and 12th affect the situation?

8th bhava prasna follows a ton of very specific rules that would be too extensive to write down here.
For the querent and opponent you primarily look at the 1st and 7th house. The 6th, 8th, and 12th are factors I would probably look at in a birth chart to complement the Prasna reading. But then again, I wonder how many clients actually know their opponent's birth details.
