Predicting the Effects of Rahu/Ketu

Hi Ernst,

I'm currently watching video 14 "Rahu and Ketu give the effects of the Grahas that they join".

In this video, you say that you use the Lajitaadi Avathas of the planet conjunct Rahu or Ketu to predict the concrete events that will occur in their respective dasas.

I thought LAs were supposed to be used for more counseling-centered predictions of behavior and habits. Why don't you use Jaimini (concrete prediction) techniques here?

Do you still carry LAs from the Rasi (delight, starvation, etc.) into other vargas for predictive work? (E.g. If Venus is starving Jupiter in the Rasi, it starves Jupiter in all other vargas as well.)
