Regarding basic Transit Interactions

Hello @ernst and fellow astrologers. Saturn and Mars are enemies--is there any difference between interaction and results when natal Saturn is transiting Mars vs. natal Mars transiting Saturn? For example, Saturn is enemies to Mars while Mars is neutral to Saturn. So if Mars is neutral to Saturn, and if Mars is transiting natal Saturn, does that mean the interaction would be less harsh vs. if Saturn is transiting Mars?
