Does one count HOUSES or SIGNS to determine relationships between planets in the Varshaphala chart. Ernst continues to mention HOUSES and did not reference SIGNS or Rasis but I have 'assumed' things before and found myself in error. Anyone want to clarify this, I would appreciate the input. Thanks! 😊
