In Tajika, they like these houses for those planets, the idea is the planet will do its job better. Saturn is about letting things go and 12th is the house of loss and letting go. Moon works to grow things in our life through visualization. THird house is what is in our minds, so moon there has more power of visualization.
So the planet of letting go does good in the house of letting go. But didn't u said karakas in their own house do bad like jupiter in 5th moon in 4th venus in 9th?
Like loss in the saturn dasha become easy for people then? Because I've read all planets do bad in 12th and become powerless and lost since it's the last step hut i guess staurn there does make sence
