For some lagnas, bphs gives evil planets that are not the 3, 6, or 11 lords.
Should we then consider these to be yoga breakers as well, or at least disruptors?
E.g., for Libra ascendant, Saturn in the 4th forms yoga by himself, but then suppose he is opposite Mars, the 2nd and 7th lord that bphs says is also evil...so then I should subtract Mars's inauspicious value from Saturn's auspicious value to determine the strenght of the yoga?
Thats a very good question. FOr libra, lagna is given as paapa, and no planet that is labeled as paapa, bad, can create a kendra kona yoga, in fact, it would reduce the yoga of saturn if he was forming it. Its a suprise that mars is paapa as libra is 7th sign and mars is 7th lord, but it does not seem to matter and I have seen mars reduce yoga of saturn and not make it.
