Am I the only way having the sensation that there seem to be a common theme, but expressed in more or less opposite ways, between the aditya and the rasi occupying the same space.
So for example: Leo wanting to shine, Vivasvaan, the Sun´s rays cut short.
Aries: One self, Aryamaa, working together.
Virgo: The girl, the young woman (out of curiosity and trusting the protection of her innocence breaking rules, perhaps), Tvastha: The father´s law
Cancer: self preservation, wearing a shell vs Varuna: Love for everyone, openness, trust.
Seems like contradictions, but also two ends on the same stick.

I think you mixed up some of them. But those symbol are very similar indeed. To the point they are the same but expressed differently. Libra Ships, trading ports, Tvasta transports airports. Leo king, Indra King. Aryama let's milk the taurus cow. Aries lets go to that mountain volcano magna in the Agni of Dhata, Dhata is everything, the Volcano create everything on earth where Aries lives and fights for the best position. Pisces lets wait for the ocean for the rain's evaporation. Virgo let's heal that Vivasvan human race with perfect precision. Cancer let's adapts to Varuna ocean of consciousness. Vishnu let's be in that difficult place that everyone feels bad about where the senses don't feel at ease with Scorpio.
@lorris Hm. Dhata begins one month before spring equinox, just as Aries. Aries and Aryamaa "are" the same, time wise. Meaning that Cancer "is" Indra, etc. According to Ernst. Leo "is" Vivasvan, Virgo "is" Tvastha, Libra "is" Vishnu etc. By "is" I mean: occupy the same time in the calendar.

I believe Ernst means to replace tropical with aditya, not to have them coexist. One reason for this is probably because the tropical zodiac starts at the equinox and the Aditya’s start before. So with that incongruency there will be much confusion as to which one is number 1 (regarding Jaimini for example). So is 5 rats and cats dhataa or Aries? This is a problem because it’s apparent to me that it is dhaataa which according to you would assign it to Pisces and we know that’s false. Because 5 rats and cats is also Aries. So it’s best to just forget tropical if this is confusing. I think we are coming to terms with the tropical zodiac starting at the wrong time of the solar year.
