Osho had 5 planets in Pusha aditya. The aditya of austerity; well, 4 planets or more in a bhava other than the lagna, 9th or 10th, tend to destroy it as we know. Pusha was his 8th. Maybe he preached austerity, I don´t know? In any case his (in)famous for his big collection of Rolls-Royce cars and preference for wealthy disciples, so a skewed Pusha.
The Swedish archbishop Nathan Söderblom, perhaps the most influential force between the creation of the ecumenic movement (unity of christian churches, accepting each other´s differences), awarded the Nobel Peace Prize 1930, had 6 planets in Pusha aditya. His 6th house. Unfortunately I don´t know enough him for to tell in what way his 6th house may have been skewed.
They both had Musala yoga, of course. Both build a powerful religious movement.
In case you are looking for examples of how your system of modalities work out, Ernst.
I also bring you this: My father has six planets in Varuna, plus one in a dual sign. So a prominent Rajju yoga, and yes, he fits your description of Rajju yoga people. Childlike, often in a charming way, but not easy to have as a father since he often acted as a child himself. He once painted a jackdaw (a smaller species of crow) completely orange in oil based paint and set it free, finding it hillarious. We had to convince him that throughing a water melon from the 5th floor into the hotel´s swimmingpool was not a brilliant idea, as he seriously thought. He used to mention his dream of one day becoming free enough from societal expectations for to be able to wear a purple beret. At least he knew he couldn´t do that, or maybe it was my mother expressing her veto.

I'll add my own personal ashraya yoga experience here.
In tropical I have 3 planets in Gemini, two in moveable signs and two in fixed signs. In Adityas, three in a moveable sign, two in fixed signs and two in dual.
So for me I feel quite balanced.
I definitely have been going from this to that for a long time, but I do feel like there has been a general building on, internally at least, because all of those experiences have created me into something I wasn't before in a way that feels consistent to me.
I think astrology is good for the way my modalities operate. I have a lot of breadth but not a lot of depth, and I was always hoping to find something that could in some way tie all of that stuff together, where I could have a place for it all, and astrology I think is good for that. Likewise, astrology is vast enough that I feel there can always be something new and interesting, while also building on a foundation of what has come before. Even if I do study Sumerian astrology I can't imagine completely throwing away all of this; even if I did throw away the details or methods this experience would still be a foundation on which I would do that work.
So I'm probably not a really good test case because my chart is so balanced.
