Hi,

i have a case where the person is born 9:10 am in his birth certificate, but he uses 8:10 because he says i am born in the summer and we move one hour ahead, so the real time at that moment was 8:10.

does Kala take that in mind?

Kala automatically adjusts for the summer time change, so always put the unadjusted time in.
