Astrocartography

Forum Members,  

Does anyone know of a good Astrocartography person?  Someone that specializes in location astrology and can advise about moving to a certain city or area? I remember hearing a podcaste of some guy that did this primarily but cant find him. 

 I was seeing there is also Relocation Astrology and I didnt look into in but seems like that can be used as well.
