In Vault of the Heavens page 73 you write:
"These effects, though given for the lagna, may also be put to use
when analyzing any house:
1. The native will express the qualities of the rasi in the area of life
that the house in question represents.
2. The native will also be developing the opposing sign in respect to
the original house in question."
For developing some house, Can I Investe the focus on opposing sign and not on the house sign? like Rahu-Ketu axe (the grow is towards Rahu)?
ex. If I have 11 house in Tourus, I consider this house like a Lagna and apply this concept of Vault of the Heavens page 66:
