Studying a person with Bharani nakshatra. Shakti: "Take things away". Does anyone on the forum happen to have any real life example of how that may play out?

I have moon in Bharani, also conjunct the 8th cusp, so as far as taking things away, it is hard to say if it is the nakshatra or house that causes it for me.

@j0sh4rp3 But you tend to sacrifice stuff?

This girl I´m studying left her mother. Went to see her dad in another part of the country and stayed with him. Stopped communicating. So she took herself away, I guess. But also her little sister that was with her and had been hesitant to travel. Age 13 and 14 at the occation.

@staffan I have Moon in Bharani in the 9th House. I have observed that it takes a lot of time to fulfill my desires. Furthermore, my emotions are not very free spirited, they tend to be quite restrained. I am closer to the maternal side of my family than the paternal side in the sense that I have more responsibilities to bear from that side of my famly. Also, my father passed away in my early twenties. I don't know if these instances help you in finding what you are looking for.

@murari116 Interesting, yeah, Bharani is about carrying burdens from what I´ve understood. Responsabiities. I´m not certain about what you mean though; is it the mother´s side of the family, that you feel closer to, that brings you more responsibilities, or is it the other way round? My logic says it´s the first, am I right? Basically: You are in some way attracted to carrying burdens / taking on responsabilities?

@staffan Yes. I feel/am closer to my mother's side of the family, more specifically my mother and her sisters. When it comes to family, I try to be as dutiful as I can possibly be. However, on the professional front, I am not attracted to taking on responsibilities. Hence, thus far in my life, I have not pursued careers that come with a lot of professional burdens.

The girl I told you about that chose to stay with her father she was only supposed to visit for a short time, and stopped talking with her mother. I guess that was she was doing, from Bharani´s point of view, was taking responsability for her dad and paternal grandmother, who she´s very close to. You served me food for thougths!

The force of our nakshatra, whichever it is, is really strong.

@staffan I see. Bharani gives a sense of heaviness I think. Also, in the case you are studying may be her fourth house and cancer are also acutely afflicted, which caused the separation from her mother.
