This is just for fun. I've been meditating on the Outer Planets, since I've only started working with them, and am just throwing stuff at the wall to see what sticks.

Uranus is what it is. Same/same but different.
Neptune blooms like a flower.
Pluto is goofy.

Uranus rules the Sun, which is every thing.
Neptune rules the Moon, Rahu & Ketu, Mars, Mecury, Jupiter, and Venus.
Pluto rules Saturn and the Asteroid Belt.

What are y'all's key words/phrases/thoughts for the Outer Planets?

"Is what it is". Good one.

Neptune has something to do with maternity. I mean, it´s basically Ernst´s concept, he speaks in terms of pregnancy somewhere in the CoT course, relating to the Neptune card. He describes it like a deep longing and compare to - as said - a pregnancy. We want that thing to be born out of our struggle and intents here on Earth.

Pluto is an old hermit on a hillside, he hardly looks up when you approach, just catches a glance of you and go back to whatever he was doing. But not without stripping you of every illusion about yourself first. You stand there, feeling naked, and ashamed for even having tried to put up a mask.

@staffan I also like "Same/same but different" for Uranus.

Upon reflection, I feel like Neptune rules Moon through Jupiter. In the Three Things, it's the Second Thing. The Queens, in Cards of Truth. Vishnu.

Pluto rules Saturn and the Asteroids. For me, Pluto is just insane: broken, padoxical, goofy. The missing piece(s). He can be really fun to interact with, if you just accept up-front that He makes no sense. He's Saturn of Saturn.

This is illustrative of who Pluto is and how He works - https://abergseyeview.com/blog/2019/12/7/the-pluto-paradox

I have Neptune with an exact conjunction to my ascendant so the description of Neptune having to do with maternity and deep longing really resonates with me. It's more like perpetual knowledge that potential for infinite beauty and life is just a step away from all of us and this confusion on why others can't feel it and move towards it.

Sometimes it feels like the Neptunian fog is not inside of me, but it's the perception of the fog that is inside of others and the resulting empathy because they can't see what Neptune wants us to see. That said, it's taken me years to learn how to navigate and appreciate Neptune. At one point I used to think that it's my weakest link but today I feel it's my strongest planet that helps mitigate other points in the chart but only if I allow myself to be awake to its energy

@oiannu Thanks - It's good for me to hear you guys talk about Neptune, because I identify with it less than the other two Outers, because I have Neptune with my Sun & Rahu.

But what I'm hearing is that Uranus is the breakthrough to our greater self, Pluto is everything that must be lost in becoming our greater self - but Neptune is the soul-ache longing that leads to us actually becoming, and enjoying the fruits of, our greater self. And the maternal quality really connects with the Queens in the Cards.

I sometimes think of Neptune as "the Veil," in its most general sense. It's no fun to reveal the whole game all at once - so Neptune does it one piece at a time (namely, the right time).

I find that weakness/strength paradox to be the case with all of the Outers.
