The question was originally based to ask about dig bala that how does Saturn have full dig Bala in the 7th house and 0 in the first house when they are both the same house being the reflection of each other then how does it get low in the other , contemplating that I also started to give thought on how are planets are exalted in a sign and debilitated in the opposite sign like when you were doing the back flowers and also when your explaining planet Rahu ketu in signs you explain how when a sign is bad we should fix the sign opposite of it and also in the outer planet course, and that that will have an effect on the fixing that sign . Then how is a planet exalted in one house and debilitated in the opposite when they both indicate the same thing? .

Opposite signs at their extremes are the same.
