Can we use rest of vargas

Like i don't know what they all would indicate per say but i know the 5th house is used to see children and intelligence and we used the panchamsha in the jamini pregnancy indicator and i was asking whether it could also be used to see the intelligece of a person, like planets exlated there r great utility to the person's reason capability and the bad dignities are lacking?
