Outer Planets conjunctions vs aspects

You said that we are supposed to look for outer planet in degrees with other palnets to see their connection to them. Are conjunctions still influential in a persons life if the planets are in the same house but many degrees apart? Say bigenning and end of the sign?

yes, they are still conjunctions, for outer planets I would not consider those very strongly though, I use tajika aspects for that and so it depends on the planet's orb.
