I know this is a baby question but here it is. If 1st house cusp is Taurus 13:28 and Venus is 8:53 in Taurus then wouldn’t Venus be in the 12th house? But when I click on Venus, Kala says it’s in the 1st house.

Ernst uses the Campanus house system and house cusps. House cusps are in a sign, so a planet is with both cusps.
