Hello,
Curious about Planetary degree's and how much it give effect to such, as well as the Rasi Degree's.
Especially Anaretic Degree, do you consider 27-28 as Anaretic Degree? Somewhat I still see them as that?
Do you have or do you know who has it? What are your thoughts about all of these?

@ernst Thank you, I will heed my studies of the fatal degrees and especially the moon you mentioned that will overall affect the mind/emotions of the person. I appreciated the time and thoughts for the respond.
