Hi Ernst and everyone,

Do you think it´s reasonable to take the lagna and other bhavas into consideration when you read a chart. In the sense that there are - maybe - a connection between the bhavas in the chart and the cards.

Let me explain with a couple of examples: I´m a Gemini lagna, but also a 5C. So my Sun card is 3D. Gemini is the third sign. Do you think it´s relevant to measure the importance of that card through that synestry, meaning that a 3 carries a little extra weight in my spread?

Similarily my second house is Cancer, ruled by the Moon. So does the Moon card carries extra weight, since Cancer is the second house and the Moon card the second card, in both cases ruled by the Moon?

The fourth card is the Mercury card. As a Gemini lagna my fourth house is ruled by Mercury.

My Jupiter is in the 5th house, the Jupiter card is the 5th card.

Too far fetched or a relevant extra layer of interpretation?

I´m not speaking about the cusps here; in my spread many of them fall in other signs than what the number suggest.

I don't think that will be very helpful.
