Hi Ernst,
do you know what local time would be the earliest and latest respectively for the a BC to change at sunrise?
I found one shift as early as 05:55 for Vadso in northern Norway on September 22; I guess that´s more or less as early as it gets? But what would be the latest time and when and where do we expect the extremes?
So that I can tell people on my homepage to use the spread creator if they are born between that and that time.

I think it's interesting that Ernst uses equatorial sunrise for the cards.
