Food and Donation for Venus, Saturn and Mercury question

Hi everyone.

In Ernst Graha Sutras book in Graha Shanti chapter

I have some doubts about some remedies for the planets.

1. Venus

      Food: thick and sour milk porridge.

           -  Is this like natural yogurt or greek yogurt? or what should be donated?

      Donation: Horse

           - can this be taken as vehicles in general considering the time of Parashara?  

           - can the person donate money to a Horse Care Rescue Centre?

2. Saturn:

      Food: powdered grain porridge

           - can the person donate powdered grain?

3. Mercury:

      Food: porridge of ghee

           - can the person donate butter?
